When i can Digivolve Gabumon to Garurumon
i digivolved him but i didn´t get him up to garurumon yet but is there really a best way to digivolve him??

Short answer : Keep playing and leveling. Evolving/Devolving.

Just keep playing with Gabumon, digivolve/de-digivolve it as many times as it takes and would be wise to do so only when it reaches max level on current form. Max level and then de-digivolution will net you higher ABI which you need in order to reach higher levels for certain digivolutions. Higher/Maxed CAM is ALSO recommended but that would come naturally.
