OP, the Exciting Meat has a very low percentage of chance of increasing the CAMaderie, but should it succeed on being fed to your Digimon, it will increase it by 20 points, just exactly as the users above correctly stated. It is a shame, but it is what it is.
A lot of my digimon get 100% cam without me even realising it, and pretty much the only time it becomes an issue is when I'm digivolving a new mon, but wasn't paying attention and didn't notice the CAM requirement for evolving, so I have to grind for a little bit.
But I'm putting more effort into keeping track of that, so even that's not an issue.
