it increases your chances of getting combos in battle and you gain 1% per battle that your digimon is a battle digimon in

CAM is a atributte, that attribute goes up fighting (1 fight - 1+ CAM, I don't know if it affects stats) it has to be 1 of the 3 that fight

Also you can increase CAM by feeding on the farm
You need CAM to do some "anime canon" evolutions
