Typing Names

When i try to type in names of the main character or digimon nothing shows up in the box so i have to do it blind why is this?

i alt+tabbed out of the game and came back and then an actual window popped up for typing, before i tried that it just kept making a noise and then would enter in a bunch of letters despite me not typing them lol. Not sure why its so janky

It always worked for me just fine.

I have this same problem, it's really bloody frustrating. Alt+tabbing does not fix it for naming a digimon, I have to close the game completely and reload, sometimes that still doesn't work the first time.

When I type nicknames, it makes a windows error sound when the nickname "box" (more like a blank white square) comes up, and when I hit enter and the box closes.

It's really janky, (Why is it just a white text-box floating in the middle of the screen?!) and I feel like it was just a last minute solution to the absence of the built in PS4 keyboard menu.

Happened to me, the Alt-Tab and back fixed it as said here. Not sure if issue was because I was playing with a controller or what.

Just type the name you want then hit enter.

Just type the name you want after deleting it. It will show up after you press enter.
