No free Tactitian USB in Hacker's Memory?

I read somewhere that if you have a Cyber Sleuth save on PS4 you get a free Tactitian USB in Hacker's Memory.

This doesn't seems to be the case in this version. I completed Cyber Sleuth and started a new Hacker's Memory game and didn't get the item. Yes, I'm using the same save file.

I only got the Cyber Sleuth charachters' items.

if there's no free Tactician USB then make it urself , farm island atleast rank 2 with developer know how + Builder digimon as a leader , do 1000 Yen Develop , save the game on mark minute 1 , spam the save game until u get Tactician USB

and why are you asking ps4 questions on steam lol, like there's a digimon reddit or gamefaqs you could use

i have a cleared save, i only got the normal stuff for clearing the game, accessory, consumables and stuff to sell

Not asking PS4 questions here, I know you get one in the PS4 version.

It just isn't the case for this version it seems.

I know how to do it, just wanted one earlier because I don't plan on savescumming
