Weird Lyrics in Digital Fields

So when you're the first few chapters, there's this weird music with lyrics that go something like:

It's loud but isn't quit loud enough

Oh huh, I got the last one almost right.

Better than me, I kept hearing it as "put it in a carry on", the other lines I couldn't really make out at all.

Is the only bit that is wrong, but like i said quite close to what it should be, it really goes like this bellow.

"it's louder, but isn't quite louder enough"

You might be going no it can't but for real just listen more careful as you can clearly hear the er in loud-er also yep there is no "it isn't" it just goes "but isn't quite" and so on.

Anyways only came to this thread cause i was wonder what the vocoder voice is saying. Even tho i have a suspicion the vocoder voice is just the same words repeated as the clear vocals, just that the vocoder really distorts it. But i really don't know if my suspicion is correct on that kinda want to get to the bottom of it.
