Cyber Sleuth Chapter 15 BUG Ryota Wont apppear.

I've:

Completed all cases on the board.

Got both the Will's from the knights.

Met and battled kentaurosmon.

Kyoko just says: "No time for reunions; go talk with the Royal knights. ...Im looking forward to seeing what you've learned." "Mirei Mikagura likely knows something about it. Go see what she has to say."

Talked to Mirei all she says is:"To summon digimon with special skills, you'll need Harmonious Will and steel Will. And you can find those...hee hee." "Of course you're worried... But for now, why not meet with the Royal knights in Ueno and the Shibuya underground?".

Ryota isnt there to contiue

I have no clue at this point.

I did download a cheat engine table for the game and used it but i don't see how that would affect an event in game to complete when I have done all that is required. The table only adds items anyway.

clearly it affected the game. never cheat, and never discuss cheats on steam. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4045-USHJ-3810

It seems a few people have issues with this chapter, its either translated wrong or badly worded, checking gamefaqs quicky from the ps4 version it says go to kawloon galactia park, though you can always do a quick google of chapter 15.

hmm if you activated all item cheat, i wish you luck friend, you need restart over as i already did it on my psv

as far as im aware its not a CE issue, it may be a actual bug, try going to koloown level 1 to the park see if theres two npcs to talk to, i just did chapter 15 to see if I could help but thats the only advice i could really come up with.

The park is empty. In order for anyone to be there Ryota needs to appear, hes the key to continuing, but Mirei isnt giving me the dialogue saying the digimon will take time to make, yet i have everything required.

I still dont think it would be the Cheat table. It wasnt downloaded to the game files, nor did it modify them, and it only added items. I was using it a while before this happened surely if it was it then it would have happened earlier and not at the part literally everyone gets stuck.

I also verified the integrity of the game files and redownloaded the game, it has to be a bug.

@Ruri Kurosaki Helpful to the to predicament why didnt i think of that.

Also Im not discussing cheats on steam, as the cheat its self is not the main subject of discussion, the bug is.
Lets say it is the CE that caused this bug, what is steam gonna say " oh no you naughty people have mentioned the word cheat, no help for you." and leave me to my fate?

ive suggest OP check in his inventory and see if that item exist

Yeah there is multiple of them in my inventory. Is there a way to remove them making it go to 1 of each? Or would the bug still persist?

Fair enough, but say all but 1 of each were removed would it fix it?
BTW the CT i used was only released on the 19 Oct.

I've figured out the fix with some help from someone if anyone is still interested. It has to do with the check for key items in the situation. You need to have only 1 in your inventory for it to work. Not sure if im allowed to discuss the fix here, so just message me.

I have the same problem. Well, kinda.

I didn't use any cheats and did everything fair and square. Just brought Mire one of the Will items and Ryota did appear. He said something about going out to take photos of the ghost boy, yet he didn't post any job on the board and I'm running around aimlessly.
