Actually for Japan is Child-Adult-Perfect-Ultimate, while for outside Japan is Rookie-Champion-Ultimate-Mega.
And I prefer the japanese naming too, and if you watch the subs instead of the absolutely shameful dubs that's what you'd be used to.
A more nonsense example is Machinedramon (mega) becomes Millenniummon (still mega) becomes Moon Millenniummon (also mega) becomes Zeed Millenniummon (one of the most powerful digimon to exist but still mega)
There's also Spirit Evolutions, DNA Digivolve and Armor Evolutions, but only a few of each.
