Seems Cybery Sleuth the original story has nerfed xp boost gains.

It uses Hacker Memory xp gains instead.
PlatinumSukamon only gives 50% aka 1.5x more exp rather than 100%.
At least Hard mode doesn't give exp boost, thus no need to use it. Hard mode though boosts money gain by 2 or 3 times, more likely 2x.

Today after reaching chapter 8, I farmed the tactician usb through the digi farm method, just two of them removed the need of 1 platinum sukamon, trade which I'm more than glad to have made. I don't want to deal with those crappy (no pun intended) monsters on my active battle party anymore, as it was ruining all the fun, due to preventing me from playing with the digimon I wanted to use.

Not really, considering hacker memory was like that already, when making hacker memory they sure thought that way. But they just didn't bother to keep the stats of cyber sleuth when merging hacker memory digimon into cyber sleuth. So in the end they really just overwrote all cyber sleuth digimons with hacker memory ones.

if you get to 15 you can go into the memory stage just 9 tactician usb and 1 platnum and you get 40k exp from certain abttles there was more then enough to ge tme a omnimonz wart and awoke sistermon ciel and last but not least shinegreymon burst mode, i can reccomend sistermon ciel she is busted also made me win soem tournements against npc you knwo the event ones that totaly slaughter your team in seconds altho still lost to that machiendramon bs cannon attack but the beezlemon bm team and that other one were pretty doebel at least i got the avatar and the accesoiries

3 platinum sukamons with 2 tactician USBs each grants roughly 20x exp. I didn't get the exact numbers, but exp went from around 600 to 12000 on the same enemy groups.

That's some weird amount. If platinum is 1.5x and tactician is 2x then it should be 16.5x. GoldNumemon for sure grants 2x exp in both games but they can also carry 3 usbs, that would make 24x, with old PlatinumSukamon should give 18x at max and that would net you only 10800exp from 600.

And PlatinumSukamon definitely gives only 1.5x exp in the complete version. Wonder how much does the tactician then give.

Really weird numbers. 6 usb at 7x would mean 1.16x per usb to go from 214 to 1498, and if you take the 17.5x gain it would mean that sukamons give 3.5x exp each.

With the games exp gain boosts.
With 3 suka/6usb 3745exp would mean the base was 227 exp.
With 6 usb 1498 exp would mean the base was 124 exp.

I usually save at the last min (even less, to be faster) remaining and reload if I don't get the tactician usb.

Doing so I was able to get 16 of them.

Yeah save scumming will save a lot of time. Tedious but it's worth it.
