...For more targeted advice, you might say something about what you're doing beyond having two fields and breaking even.
A short one in english:
> Focus on quality
> try to reach high ratings
therefore you need to balance your wine correctly
To start:
-> discover technology oak barrels (15kg a barrel) and buy it
-> harvest Barbera as soon as it is possible (as acid would decrease - what we do not want)
-> Barbera vinification:
>>> chose yeast and duration to keep tanins on 2 and sugar also on 2
>>> acid should be max (if you do not harvest on first day, it could reduce)
>>> store in wood barrel for 3 months
That should give you a 80/100 rating in first season.
In winter cut to lowest quantity.
Do all tasks when asked.
Don't forgett to clean everything.
Harvest as soon as possible.
Do vinification as mentioned.
Then you should get 90+/100
(In my 2nd year i usualy have around 93/100)
Then you can sell bottle for 17-24...
Repeat that by constantly improving your farm.
>tractor for faster harvest - that you will need before planting chardonnay
>enhance board
>upgrade warehouse for 10 instead of 5 sales/turn
when you have around 100-150k you can think about opening a 2nd field.
Then you will see that you messed up on start.
Becaus on start you need to restart as long as you didn't have at least 2 additional fields with good soil for other grapes. (especialy a cheap one for Chardonnay)
if to much soil values are red = bad wine
That should help you getting started.
