Are Koikatsu Party/Honey Select mods and cards compatible with this game?

I'm curious if there's any cross-compatibility as this game uses the same character creator as Honey Select

It looks like the same character creator, but this game is not made by Illusion, so no.
However, i imagine a converter wouldn't be too hard to make.
