experiencing this issue too! I can't even go in to ask for help from IGG because that requires being able to go into the game and getting my IGG ID and getting the help link!

Same issue and it couldn't have come at a worse time...my shield is going to run out in about an hour. If it isn't fixed by then I will most likely get zero'd.
