I don't see the game screen

hello I have problems to enter the game just load the window that is the bar to close and minimize the game but not the screen but first if I entered normal I hope someone can help me

Hi, I got the same problem since 1 week, I uninstall et re-install 2 or 3 times now, I can't start the game like Dragnast, only reduce and close button.
I tried to close game fastly, no with classic cross, windows take an error, and now, the game will not restart even after several reinstallations.

try to delete Lords Mobile in Registry (Regedit) Editor of your PC / Laptop first,
The file paths are as follows (every pc path may be different, just for demonstration guide): Computer \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ IGG \ Lords Mobile.
After that, please try restarting your PC / Laptop first and try again to open Steam and Lords Mobile.
