To do so, while in control of your train click "Navigation"->"Anderen Zug Übernehmen" (Something along the lines of "select/control another train" in english localization) select one and click "Zug löschen" ("Delete train").
I have no real rule to find the offending train besides it very likely being one currently stopped. If you have some knowledge of the route and timetable you can also pretty safely say which trains are not the cause (for example a Metronom that goes between Hamburg-Harburg and Lüneburg really shouldn't cause a jam in Celle). You can also disregard trains that haven't spawned yet or have already been despawned.
