Learn it's phases, dodge loads and look for openings as you did with the previous bosses. It's doable when you learn how to beat it. It's supposed to be hard
On nightmare the only thing you should parry is the spear attack because she kills you in 3 hits and missing a parry equals death.
The boss will take away your melee or ranged attack. You need to rely on your other one during this time. If it takes away your melee attack, your Lucid bar will fill up very quickly, letting you unleash many more ranged attacks than normal.
Eventually the boss will swap, and you'll lose your other attack. So if you originally lost your melee attack, the boss will take your ranged attack next, but now it will drop your ranged attack on the ground, and you can go pick it up and start using it immediately.
Gotta dodge the rest of the stuff, or parry if you're good enough (though it can be difficult with the explosions). It's a tough fight compared to most of the other bosses, though.
