How do you change the game's default language?

The game booted up in Spanish, despite me having my system's language on English and Steam's language on English as well...
Is there any way to change this? I rather play the game in English if possible.

Btw the current Spanish translation this game has so far is quite awful...
The grammatical errors hurts my eyes.

I think I see a place to click when you first load the game for just a split second before it changes to "click to continue."
I think they intended it to just be there while the game loaded but did not realize that the loading can happen very very fast.
Try starting the game several times and watching that first screen carefully just below the center.
I bet you can click it if you're fast enough.
