Glitched? "Wipe all blood in elevator" but don't see any blood

I'm about to finish this level, and all of a sudden as I was riding to the office to turn evidence in, my elevator tasks marked as "wipe all blood" but I'm looking around, wiping/mopping everywhere in here as i ride up and down the elevator and nothing
