self cleaning mop

i got the self cleaning mop but it doesnt clean its self. i click right click and nothing happens.

The self cleaning mop works automatically & has 1 use per dip in water, when it would be full of blood or dirtiness, it will clean itself automatically without having to use the mop bucket to clean it, after which it will become dirty, when you would clean it in the mop bucket, it will preserve that 1 time self cleaning again when it becomes dirty & clean it away once after it becomes fully dirty again

If you don't have any resistances to absorbing blood via the mop, then it may be reaching the full cycle of dirtiness too fast for you to realize its effectiveness

I personally went with all resistance & no efficiency for my tools, which made them last a lot longer & even in some missions with the self cleaning, I only needed 1 or 2 mop buckets max, it's that useful, if you're patient that is

Just so there's no confusion, I don't remember what the effect of being able to absorb more liquid, so I just called it resistance, but if it is that, phew, but I was just referring to the upgrades that allow you to absorb more blood/dirtiness into your tools before it becomes unusable
