Affair With Death Cassette tapes?

So this mission has 4 Cassette tapes, but only 3 can be found throughout the whole level.

Are we forcing a second play through for this mission to get the 4th cassette tape. It feels like the master bedroom tape will change the second time. This seems a little confusing.

in the basement where you find the 3rd person there's a secrete area where boxes are covering it up if you remove them and crouch you should find the 4th cassette tape
