How the game should have ended - SPOILERS
The ending is trash. Theres no two ways about it. But it was leading up to something that would have been great.

All through the game there is the stigma about working for a crime boss. you know all their secrets. That makes you a loose end. So there is always that little thing tugging at your brain.... "Is he going to try and kill me?"

This is further enforced when the guy emails you and puts you both in the "loyal" category. Nothing could happen to you guys. You are loyal servants to the crime boss. Then a couple days later that dude is dead. This goes even further to plant the idea that you are not as safe as you think you are. Then again with the whole situation where Big Jim went after someone's daughter.. or something like that. Which is really on the nose... Like... what happens if Big Jim goes after my daughter.

Here is what I thought was going to happen. Which is how I feel the game Should have ended.

During the warehouse mission you gather evidence like normal. But it doesnt ask you to leave it in the office. Instead when you go to leave the area you get the audio from Big Jim saying... "Leave that evidence in my office before you go. Its too risky to let it leave the building"... Your character looks down holding the folder and pictures of evidence. Tosses it in the car and says "Sure thing Big Jim". This implies that your character is maybe holding onto them for some leverage or something.

Next Mission.

Big Jim calls and invites you to his mansion in the hills. A thank you for all your hard work. In his office he confronts you. showing you some footage of you tossing the evidence in your car. "I guess you didnt care enough about your daughter to follow instructions" then you jump across the desk. The screen goes black. Start of level. Your character is upset about his first murder. He looks down and drops the pen he pulled off the desk to stab Big Jim.

But now you have to go to work. Big Jim has been helping you hone your skills as a crime scene cleaner to protect murderers. And now you are going to use those same skills to clean up Big Jim and protect yourself.

The house would be huge with probably tortured people in the basement to something. Just find an interesting way for there to be more bodies.

That ending is poetic.

Lastly.. make Jim like 300lbs. He sounds like hes 300lbs. There is no way that Big Jim guy showed on the TV had a voice like that. And... we should get to meet the daughter. Even if in a closing cutscene and she needs to pet the dog. cause she talked about it so much. So much build up in this game and no payoff.

Please add an update or something. OR a DLC to fix the ending. This honestly felt like an ending the game was heading towards and maybe release date was coming too fast and it was just rushed. the ending felt sloppy. I love the rest of the game though. I hope there is a sequel.

But that's not the official ending.....the official ending hasn't released yet. That was just the transition from act 1 to act 2.

You either clean, or live long enough to be cleaned.

That is not the ending to the game. They have a roadmap post where they say the story is continuing in Act II - there's the update you want. And it's possible there will be more story after Act II but nothing official on that yet.

EDIT: You're right there's no way the guy shown on the TV is Big Jim because he isn't. We were shown a pic of what Big Jim looked like.

This just makes me want to replay it over, However I think they should made options make it so he Mr. Cleaner legit options so nothing gets pointed at him. Like working for school undercuts his salary, He could worked at hospital or helped at park service janitor job.

So his record looks like there no way.

Money he had he could got better apartment or house.
Place he lived at looked cramp, he could made so he had panic room in new place so if daughter and him test trial measure see if worked in case of he pissed off wrong ppl. Dog in question could had built in camera in his collar, so he when his kid there and with friends...well not listen in make certain they are okay.

I noticed he didn't have his own security set up. Or GPS locator on his kid.

Speaks Paranoia but you know I saw where he lived its made me feel the guy should have back up plan, bug out plan and possibly just in case have some plan get out city be safe side option if persons he working try to kill him.

School janitor job he could quit, and worked somewhere else made his own business like not cleaning? but BBQ or ice creams? it be front so he have truck make top of line ice cream, pops and sell top of line prices.

I am not speaking from experience.

What was illness his kid had? she got into accident? fees are insane it made me think what type of accident? how it occurred? How come his wife isn't part of his life? Did she die before their daughter got hurt or at the event?

Because it might happened while he working for school as janitor.
I like to see more versus less. this cleaner guy story is missing crucial parts.

You can read the docs in first time but doesn't give you much info.

From experience he could had daughter go to clinic or not some fancy hospital. Hospital tend spike the numbers when ppl don't have health insurance.

The guy caught is not Big Jim. There's a photo of him in the last mission. He's a chubby white guy while the guy framed for being him is a black slim guy.

The daughter he "mess with" is the waiter killed in the italian pizza place. She was innocent and just happen to work there when Big Jim shows up. Her dad try to take revenge, gather a lot of evidence but ended up killed too.

The history is not over yet
