Has anyone found the list bin and and the last blue welding tank? I've scoured the entire warehouse and can't find it

Last blue welding tank for me was amongst the others, just wasn't positioned correctly

the box is in the rafters above the selves but as for the tank, I think the game glitched it and the tank isn't actually in the map

So what happened for me is, I picked up one of the tanks that was already set and it duplicated so there was a new tank.
