Trash can get stuck inside the wall and cannot be picked up.

The fragments of the glass bottle fell inside the wall and could not be picked up, causing the garbage disposal task to be stuck at 98%

Reloading the save help sometimes. The game ignored the piece stuck in the wall for me. Try it out.
