How to reach Cafeteria in Museum Level?

I've been trying to jump around the red room and over the railing for ages and I can't manage it. Am I missing something?

You have to go upstairs via the dinosaur exhibit, then through the painting area on the 2nd floor. Then you can go downstairs into the cafe and unblock the door.

I just beat the game but I think that's how I did it.

There are a couple of easier ways to the upper floors on the West side.

Go left when you get to the Trex in the middle, then up the stairs and left again, and just follow that upper passage. You get to the cafeteria and can unblock the door from the inside
