ive been stuck for a long time here as well. I have 1 misplaced item in the West Wing and a missing painting upstairs but cant seem to find either ; - ;

This one was a nightmare, I used the pressure washer in the duck room and I had no idea where that little silver fern statue went for the longest time. Turns out it had somehow been blown out the door and into the bathroom.

My last piece was the little toe of the big dinosaur. It was wedged behind a display in one of the hallways and completely blended with the wall. I was looking around for so long for that one.

It means there may be an item/statue to collect in that general area for another location, I too got stuck on this confusion, where it stated <find 1 misplaced exhibit>, poorly worded by the way, but I just found an item in said location to place somewhere else in a different area, there are multiple placements in different areas for such statues/items, so just find the item in the area then find where to place them

Im missing one black stool in the cafeteria and it must have bugged under the floor or smth :(

It took me a while to find the cafe stool. It was in another exhibit but I don't remember which one.

Mine was the tip of the Dino's tail that was wedged in the corner of the glass and the wall, behind some boxes in the Band display. Of course that was mostly my fault since my mop probably sent it there.

For me, I’m missing one of the paintings in the central exhibition, and a small table in the cafeteria. I’ve been all over every inch of the place several times and can’t find either. It’s driving me nuts.

Edit: found the table. Been tossing around a toaster and it landed on it. Was in the back corner against the wall, between two chairs under that big monitor

Does someone could tell me where the extinguisher is originally? I know I saw it at one point but I blew it away with the pressure washer and I could trace it back

The misplaced exhibits don't glow with cleaner sense, which makes them a bit tricksy. Especially paintings that you might not suspect are in the wrong gallery.

that mission was annoying. To big. To much to put in place.
I ran around for quite sometime trying to find the One last missing "misplace item" turn out it was ONE char slightly out of placement, walking past it it was impossible to see. Spamming "cleaner eye" helped.
