Loud Valley Resort : MIssing keg
One of the kegs are missing, I've walked the whole map 5 times and its simply not in the map?

check between the 2 cabins (far right and middle one if you look at them), with black and yellow ballons

It was the one between the cabins for me. My problem was looking for it with cleaner vision when it doesn't detect it, only the missing spot. Thanks for the tip.
