How to open the Hatch in Call In Dead?

Our character mentions something about dumping bodies down the hatch if I can get it open. How exactly do you open the hatch?

Control Panel. The switch to open the Sliding Doors in Level 2 also opens the hatch to drop ♥♥♥♥.

And where is the access card for said hatch? I've looked EVERYWHERE for it and cant find it.

Try the higher floor, I think it was on one of those bodies. Don't forget the body between the cargo containers up there.

Something I didn't pick up on until well into the level - on the five control panels, there's a little picture showing what each one does. The warning of 'use no more than three' isn't a test to overload the system (you DO have to go down to the basement and turn the power back on again!), it's because you'll eventually get all five and you have to pick and choose which three you need at the time.
