help in the museum !!!

i did everything on cleaning , but i miss some items.
* 1 evidence on the Cafeteria - i have 1/2 and everything is clean and in place
* hand statue in the west wing

beside that i finish 2 puzzle - the TV and the music room .
im not sure if the ducks sound is also a puzzle but i couldnt find a clue of how to solve it .
help

only the evidence is missing , i think its a bug , cuz the cafeteria is small and there is nothing else to do there

Anybody here maybe knows about the central evidence? I got 1/2 and absolutly can't find the last one.. Also missing one picture in central which sucks hard because all other areas are cleared..

For me the last painting was bugged. I regrabbed all the paintings off the wall and found out one was on top of another. hope this helps.

ich bin auch im Museum, und das spiel sagt mir das ich im Nordbereich 98% von 100% habe, ich habe die 3 Räume komplett gereinigt, es wird mir kein Blut mehr angezeigt und trotzdem bekomme ich keine 100&, ich fange die Mission zum 3 mal an, das letzte mal fehlten mir Bilder

I am also in the museum, and the game tells me that I have 98% of 100% in the north area, I have completely cleaned the 3 rooms, no more blood is displayed and still I don't get 100&, I start the mission for the 3rd time, the last time I was missing pictures
