I asked the question and here's what the devs told me.

"Yes. Music was composed for this game. We will soon publish the OST for purchase on Steam so our musician can earn some extra cash for his work! ;) The names of the music bands are fictional, so you won't find most of them. A few songs can be found on the Internet, as their creator - Jakub 'Bobek' Borowski has put them there before :)

We will also make the OST available on YouTube at that time, and whoever wants to honor and buy the OST will be able to do so on Steam. I hope that is fair for you guys :)"

I wish the composer did more like Economy of Pain. That one is my fav.
