Clue 1 - Hall Ground Floor - Cell phone next to corpse inside truck filled with paintings.
Clue 2 - Container Lot - Cell phone next to corpse that has the crane key.
Clue 3 - Container Lot - Conspiracy board inside container at the very top of lot across the crane.
Clue 4 - Container Lot - Voice recorder inside the container with a lot of guns the crane carries.

The same thing happened to me. The last clue I was missing was INSIDE the container that you pull up using the magnet.

5th clue is in the offices right next to the crane operation area, when you get to the platform to work the crane keep going straight and there’s another couple rooms there
