To get that Achievement you're supposed to flush your toilet at home, I did it multiple times, but sadly I still don't get the achievement, is this a bug? Does anyone have that achievement?

I didn't get it at home either. I just started launching random missions and running to the toilets to flush them then abandon the mission. got the achievement after a few

Use a ladder right outside the door to climb to lockers and break through the vent

i got it on party over in the main house

You need to flush at least one toilet in every mission to get the achievement...
You can just start the mission, search for a toilet and flush it. If the achievement does not pop up, then Abort mission and start new mission. reapeat this for every mission until you get the achievement.

Hey, I've completed the game but still can't do the Steal $50,000 achievement. I've literally stolen everything, any help ? Or should I just restart the game ?

I wonder if you're missing the one I missed, which is in the Container Lot. If you face towards the water spigot, then turn to your right, there's a shipping container with a forklift parked near it. The doors of the container face the same wall that the spigot's on. There's a cassette hidden inside.

Sounds more like you didn't steal everything in fact. There is a LOT of hidden loot in the crime scenes, especially inside drawers/cabinets/microwaves/ovens/etc but there's also a good bit in some of the optional exploration areas that don't have any cleaning goals. Can be easy to miss stuff if you try to speed through missions.
