I can't load the game

Every time i load it up it freezes at the menu i can't play this and i'm about to ask for refund please either fix it or like i want my money back ;-;

Same, I start the game and it freezes a second after the menu appears.

I tried:

- restarting the computer
- uninstalling and reinstalling
- installing on a different drive
- run as an administrator
- compatibility windows 8
- compatibility windows 8

Ive tried the same thing and the game will not work. I can hear the music playing but it automatically go to game is not responding and to close the program

yea the same thing is happening to me. I've tried everything but it still isnt working

Same here. Mine freezes when the fan on the desk reaches the right side of the screen. If I manage to hit new game it just plays music and freezes. Says "has stopped responding" The first time I tried playing it did do the first video. I'm somewhat relieved to see it's not just me.

Totally fair. I'm sure once they see, they'll be working on a fix. But no one would blame you for getting a refund instead of waiting. It's lame that it doesn't work rn

Same with me, i have not been able to play the game since i bought it on release. updated steam, updated the computer, the drivers, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it etc and it still does not work for me

adding that i also have this problem and just got my refund. i asked my friend to play the demo and it worked on his computer though...
