Help friendly fire secrets

has anyone found the 2 secrets on here i spent over an hour looking and i cant for the life of me find it

1) The wood base on the left side of the living room, closer to the window, that has a spot that be opened.
2) There's a vent above the washer in the bathroom you can open.
