Italian Job, can't find 11th body?

I have explored Matteo's Pizzeria as much as I can considering I bricked myself by not getting the axe upgrade so I can't bust the table scraps up, but I am somehow still missing a body, 5% of the blood, and 1 object that needs to be put in it's place (maybe the globe in the office that I can't seem to find anywhere?). Any ideas?

globe is behind door in office,
also you can just keep punching the tables, they'll break. i did the same thing, lol
for the body, did you get the granny? if not, go out the door from the office and look to your
upper right. bit of a jumping puzzle, but theres a stepladder nearby if you havent unlocked that yet either. o/

Thank you soooo much I was really going crazy!! And it is the old lady, I remembered Jim said he dispatched her somewhere outside but I could only find the poor waitress 😅 this will teach me to look up!

At 99% it is possible it is a small piece in the ground rhat you cant get(minor bug) I have had that happen once.
