Auto complete feature?

Did they ever get rid of the auto complete feature as you got close to finishing that was in the demo? Need to know before I buy

Auto complete? Like if you're at 99% total blood cleaned in an area, and you've got a big wall in front of you that's all covered, and you only clean like 1/4 of it and then it magically completely cleans the whole wall when it hits like 99.5%-100%?

Yeah, that's still a thing. Only minorly annoying sometimes, most of the time it's not an issue.

Yeah that's what I was talking about. Such a shame. I'll keep it on my wishlist but will have to pass for now. Viscera Cleanup is one of my favourite games and was hoping this would join it.

Honestly it's probably impossible to remove that, every cleaning game do this. It's a limitation cause by how they use overlay texture. Sometime the texture can end up on an hidden face that you can't see or where the texture is too faded away for you to see it. Then you can't finish the mission because of this. At some point they gotta just assume you did enough that it's done.

I guess maybe they could have a delay where if after a few min of you not figuring out what is missing and there .1% left they just say ♥♥♥♥ it and complete the mission for you.

It's for sure very annoying when these game do it in your face while your cleaning.

Honestly I haven't noticed it yet. I do notice that large blood puddles tend to vanish once I clean the vast majority of it.

Oh yeah just had a whole 2 meter part of wall instantly get clean at the end of a mission, very noticeable and anti climatic.

If I recall it from the demo, it was very obvious and in your face. You weren't hunting for a hidden drop somewhere, you were actively cleaning a large space and it just auto completes half way through.

Power Wash simulator allows you to turn this off so you can hunt. That's all I want, is an option to turn it off.
