Body disappeared after hitting cleaner vision key on stairwell

It's completely gone, not even back where I picked him up

Yep, happened to me too. Then when I delivered another body, two bodies showed up in the truck. By the end, there were three body bags in the truck (all of them), but the indicator still said I was missing one. I was forced to restart the level. Happened to another person on here as well, so I assume it's fairly common.

This happened to me as well but i clicked tab to get the cleaning tools by accident on the stairs in the haunted house. Finally found it in the living room/kitchen below, noticed some jiggling legs sticking out of a vent above the fridge and managed to 'pick it up' from there
