Graphics terrible after trying to use dock

I tried to dock my steamdeck and it didn’t work. I tried changing resolutions in game and on deck and nothing would allow it to cast to my tv. I gave up and decided to play on my deck. The resolution makes it unusable. I cannot even read anything on it try to change the graphics. It’s just blobs. I have no clue what happened and I’m very frustrated both with the dock and the graphics. It worked fine before this. The half rate is off. Both deck and game resolutions are set to native now and I’ve restarted the deck and game several times. Help!!!

I fixed this myself. I blindly found the graphics in the game menu and scrolled in the first category, which was literally just pixels, and it got a little better. So I just kept scrolling down until it was good again. guess when I plugged it into the dock it changed the graphic resolution to the absolute lowest setting.
