Tablet stuck in my hand (bug)

When I press T for tablet, the tablet stuck in my hand easily,
which means that I can't use the tablet anymore, and you can see it on the protaganist hand when you use a sponge.
Once it happened, the only way is to back to menu and load the game again.
Anyway, it was quite annoying, is there any solution?
