problem with "Bad call" secrets?

Hi Im not sure where to ask but I am trying to have a perfect rating and I found all the secrets, even got the steam achievements for them but it still says

Secrets: ? ? ?

At the end of my mission :/ Is that normal? How do I get a different result?
(I just started playing the game and played the 1st mission twice, the second time with a walkthrough)

The question marks always remain. They change color however.

If you missed the secret, the question mark is red. If you found the secret then the question mark changes to blue.

If all the question marks are blue, then you found all the secrets.
