Report a translation problem
-Found some spots under the leather chairs that you can only see from an angle
-Found really faint specks on the floor, basically walked slowly around while looking down
-Re-loaded the game (it saves your progress) and found another couple little spots (no idea if this actually did anything)
-Did the entire rest of the level, and at some point it hit 100% without me noticing. I think there is a threshold not just for individual rooms but for the entire level where if you're close enough to the end it will just clean up any bits you missed.

Thank you! After finishing the rest of the level, I figured out that at some point, I don't remember when, I took the guitar out of the room without washing it,so the room wasn't counted as 'complete' until i cleaned it!
