Pressure washer lost in textures

I have the last upgrade which allows me to carry pressure washer tank on my back. When I took it off (switched to hands) it got inside a wall and now I can't retrieve it in any way (can't get on the other side of the wall either).

Please fix this, devs. It would be nice to not drop it at all when you switch to hands, just put it back in the inventory. Often forget to pick it up before moving to another location.

Thanks for the info, I'll check it out.

When you press ESC there's a respawn button. It will restore all your tools, no matter where they are.
