Threw a trash bag out of the map

So, I tried to do a kobe and throw the bag into the truck in the party level, but instead it flew into the section between the water tap near the cabins, and the truck. I thought this area was accessible because of how easily it went in there, since the game has invisible walls everywhere for this to stop happening, but apparently, that's not the case here.

And this is not a small mission either, so I would hate to redo it. But it really looks like I need to do that. Like seriously, why has this been overlooked? I threw a bunch of other stuff in there to see if it was a fluke, and sure enough everything I tried went there without any issue. Why are there no invisible walls so near to the truck, why?! I would post a screenshot to go with this, but I can't, and there's no real need. Just man, fix this.

Yep just happened to me and I was wondering if it was possible to get it back but apparently not
