Cannot find blood, glitch?

I am on Chapter 4, and I already cleaned all the blood in the alleyway. I must have stepped in the blood in the Grandma's apartment and moved it back to the alleyway, only problem is I cannot find it anywhere. Even if cleaner sense. I don't want to complete the level without a perfect score. Anyone else having this problem?

Just shortly after posting this, I found it, but I was right, it was hidden under the trash bags that you cannot move. Just thought I'd put this out there.
