Bad Call - Unobtainable something???

I've finished the game & I'm going back through to find all the secrets I missed. The first mission, there is something, either money or drugs, on the very top of the building that is to the left of your truck as you get out. I managed to spot it when using my cleaner sense when up in a building somewhere. Has anyone obtained it? I've spent a very long time climbing around to get it! It isn't a secret as I have them all now for that mission, but maybe a very sneaky achievement? Or just a tease lol.

While this one may be obtainable

There's actually many items in the game that are unobtainable, even though you can physically see them, the mesh of the things they are in/at prevent you from collecting them, many levels have unobtainable items you can't collect

While there are more, the two main ones I can remember

• Italian Job Mateo's Pizza Mission: There's a dumpster across from the old lady's apartment, in the dumpster is an item you should be able to collect, but you can't
  
  
• Party's Over: If you go to one of the balcony's of one of the cabins, there's some money & jewelry on top of the awning above the balcony, unfortunately, even with the stairs on the railing, I'm above the items to collect, but they are unobtainable, I couldn't find an alternate way up there
