Lights in Big Jim's Warehouse

I turned the lights on and then wasn't paying attention when playing it again after a few days and switched the same lever so now the lights are off. I can't turn it back on, is there another place I need to go to to turn the lights back on?

Remember you can only have 3 switches active at a time. Turn everything off, then turn the lights back on.

i think its bug. when you off fist time you can on second time

ーGenerator Lever
・In the power supply area (Bottom of the Warehouse)
・switch it as the first task of the mission and then lights will turn on
・if switch it to off, lights will turn off too.

ーLights Lever
・In the control room area (Top of the Warehouse)
・there are five levers and the second one from right is lights

Maybe, the quesion is about the first one while the answers are about the other one.
