Help with achievement "Don't answer Big Jim´s calls"

One of the achievements is not answering the phone when Big Jim calls.
I wanted to get this on my second run, but Big Jim doesn't call anymore even though I started a new game.

The call you're not supposed to answer is during the start of the mission Trial by Blood. When you're in the elevator, do not accept the call from Big Jim and you'll have the achievement.

Or are you saying that you no longer receive this call at all?

call should still be there on replay of trial by blood, i got the achievement later on long after finishing that mission.
