This game has more story though with a set of characters. Viscera is more disconnected jobs.
This is true, the physics are more grueling that makes things go flying & unfair, blood even splatters under the map in which you can't 100% clear the blood without using console commands to deplete the hidden blood you can't get to
While Viscera Cleanup Detail is also smaller in file size & provides more maps, there's definitely more content for sure, very fun indeed

if you want better and harder gameplay, alot of content and weirdness, good multiplayer VCD (including more dark themes, more gore, more variety in level design(+ community content) and a easy to learn but hard to master system)
