Well VCD has more maps, like a ton more maps. But I feel CSC is less samey and you won't send your bucket of water rocketing off at mach 2 because you accidently nudged it. Personally, I'd go for this game for no other reason than some update for VCD completely broke the game for me and it barely runs on a setup that should be able to run it quite comfortably.

Viscera is generally harder than this game, you need a lot more care not to create more mess in Viscera. Viscera does have more content though as it has been out for quite a while.

This game has more story though with a set of characters. Viscera is more disconnected jobs.

This is true, the physics are more grueling that makes things go flying & unfair, blood even splatters under the map in which you can't 100% clear the blood without using console commands to deplete the hidden blood you can't get to

While Viscera Cleanup Detail is also smaller in file size & provides more maps, there's definitely more content for sure, very fun indeed

if you want casual short easy fun, this game even if it can bug out
if you want better and harder gameplay, alot of content and weirdness, good multiplayer VCD (including more dark themes, more gore, more variety in level design(+ community content) and a easy to learn but hard to master system)
