Chapter 1 Secrets

Has anyone found all three secrets yet? So far I have only found 2. Currently replaying chapter 1 to try to figure out what I missed.

I got one tape by entering the landlord's dump of an apartment (key for garden area), a secret room you can find by punching out boarded windows and entering through the lift. Can't think of the other...

You mean the 3 secret rooms?

You probaly missed the one with the lift (building on the left side of the car, upper floor)

I got the lift one it had one of the three tapes. So it is a room that I am missing wasn't sure if one of those question marks could be a collectible.

I am missing the key to the room to the tape located within the place where a music is playing :(

One of the tapes I found by taking the lift, and the other one was within the crime scene.

One key is in the crime scene the other is in the floor below it. When you enter the building and go up to the first floor go past the cones to find a room the key is inside.

Maybe the one on the right side then? You need to through the window and walk the ledge to get on the roof of the side building.
Or the third secret, I think, was the garden area. You need 2 keys for that.
