There's so many little bugs like that where out of the first 8 levels, literally half of them had some sort of bug preventing the 100% even when spending 90 minutes desperately trying to get something to work. Game overall is fun, but all these little bugs stopping the 100% COMPLETELY takes any sort of momentum out of it and makes me seriously consider just stopping playing.

I have the same problem. I started the level again and try to get rid of both corpse first. Now the first one was not counted but the second.
It does not make fun to clean the complete scene and fail at the end by dropping the second body on the truck without the correct update for that mission.
I hate wasting my time by that stupid bug.
Exiting the level after 100% everything else did end up giving me perfect scores on everything and full collection, so I am assuming this was a bug with the quest tracker still remained post completing the action. I did check before I left the level that it was still displaying the message and I was.
