Redclouds District?

The first letter I got from Guildmaster Ash said that he might have a problem and to meet him in a trade guild in "Redclouds district" in the south east. I can't see an island of that name. Am I missing something?

It's not an island name, it's an area of the map.
The map should be redder/pinker in the south east.

If I remember correctly, the buildings should also look different (different cultural style) there.
