you need to develop a tolerance and the motion sickness will go away, but you have to do it right, trying to play through the sickness wont work. snap turning or physically turning will be easier to stomach. play until you start feeling sick and stop immediately, if you try to play through the sickness you will make it worse. pick it up again, when you feel completely ok again.
keep at it, you will be able to play longer and longer each time, eventually you will be able to play without sickness at all. could take a few hours, a few days, maybe a couple of weeks to get your VR legs, everyone is different, but everyone eventually gets it.
teleport really wouldnt work well with the gameplay in hellsplit.
Ik my mistake the game used to be slow last time I played it. Now its fast which does cause motion sickness.
Or had a really long cooldown
